Founder & Creator
Kaitlyn founded Gather & Glow with the vision of creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. As Founder & Creator, she leads every aspect of the organization from developing event concepts and managing operations to overseeing branding, marketing, partnerships and guest experiences. Every Gather & Glow event is thoughtfully planned to create a welcoming environment, where people can connect,celebrate and make lasting memories.

Desiree Mancini
Co-Creator & Host
Desiree works alongside the founder to help bring Gather & Glow’s ideas to life. She assists with event planning, creative development,logistics, and event day operations while also serving as one of Gather & Glow’s hosts. Her creativity, organization and positive energy help create memorable experiences for every guest who attends.
Remote Operations & Administrative Coordinator
Sofia oversees Gather & Glow’s behind-the-scenes operations and administrative support. She manages website updates,digital organization,administrative tasks and operational coordination while keeping important projects on track. Her attention to detail helps ensure everything runs smoothly both online and behind the scenes.
